Enroll now in our media sales or media advising credentialing program to receive quality instruction and guidance for both students and advisers! Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate and badge to add to your resume.

The credentialing program is included in the cost of CMBAM membership. All students and staff at member schools are eligible to earn certification. Each individual who wants to earn certification must have their own cmbam.org login credentials, and schools are allowed to have unlimited users under a membership. If you don’t yet have a cmbam.org login, the primary account holder for your school’s membership can follow these instructions to set up sub accounts.

Credentialing Program Outline

Both the sales and adviser trainings consist of four modules to complete with a final test at the end. Both tests include 20 questions. To earn certification, you must get at least 16 out of 20 questions correct. The modules in each training include a number of video lessons and other resources that will build your knowledge and help you pass the certification test. Upon completion of the modules and a passing score on the test, your certificate and badge will be automatically emailed to you.
